Concept de dualit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9quilibre \u00e0 la fois, le principe Yang repr\u00e9sente l\u2019action, le mouvement, alors que celui du Yin s\u2019apparente \u00e0 la passivit\u00e9 et au rythme fig\u00e9.
